Laynes has been on New Station Street in Leeds since 2011 and saw a big expansion at the beginning of 2017 which has allowed us to serve much more food. As we get busier its become increasingly apparent that we need to bring in floor staff and with this in mind we are now looking to create a new role at Laynes. 

What we are looking floor - 

  • A front of house professional
  • At least 1 years experience in the same or similar role
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends
  • To manage our front of house. This will include general upkeep, management of customers and customer orders, communicating with the kitchen team during service and ensuring food is delivered to tables on time
  • Someone that has a genuine interest in what Laynes/the industry is trying to achieve and feels that they can bring ideas and enthusiasm
  • To communicate with the business owner 
  • Is confident talking to customers at the table about food and drink
  • Can maintain a working ethic under pressure
